THE MISSION

Curam is a health-tech platform in the UK that connects people who need care with self-employed carers. As a relatively new brand in the market, Curam needed to drive brand awareness, educate customers on this new model of care, and grow their client and carer sign ups.

The solution

UX research, CRM and web analytics were used to identify customer pain points, and locations with high quality and high value sign ups. Along with an ATL Brand Awareness campaign with a new TVC and radio ad, we developed a digital strategy to support awareness, education of the platform and drive sign ups. We created an acquisition strategy for both clients and carers across paid search platforms and social. We also developed an end-to-end email nurturing strategy to optimise and retain new client sign ups.

During the 3 month campaign, we saw Brand Growth increase 580% YoY on average monthly brand searches.

Client Sign Ups increased by +142.4% YoY.

The impact
